Whether you’re inside or out this June, enjoy colorful, flavorful fruits, vegetables, and specialty items that refresh and energize. Fruit is the ultimate summer snack, offering hydration, natural energy, and a wide range of nutrients. From Vitamin C for immunity and sun protection to fiber for digestion, Vitamin A for skin health, lycopene for inflammation support, and anthocyanins for cardiovascular wellness, enjoying fresh fruit is as beneficial as it is delicious.

CONDIMENTS
Fruit is naturally flavorful, but many enjoy enhancing it with seasoning, crunch, or a finishing drizzle. Melissa’s offers a wide range of condiments and sauces to elevate both sweet and savory dishes. Drizzle, schmear, dollop, or spoon away.

SAUCES AND SALSAS

Melissa’s Party Guacamole: Four cups of ready-to-serve guacamole, available mild or spicy. Simply open and enjoy.
Guacamole Kit and Salsa Kit: Fresh DIY kits with all the essentials. Customize with mango, pineapple, roasted pepitas, or tomatillos. Store guacamole with wrap touching the surface to prevent oxidation. Best enjoyed the same day.
TOUM: A trending Mediterranean garlic dip made with olive oil, lemon, and salt. Vegan, creamy, and perfect for spreading, dipping, or drizzling. Keep refrigerated.

A hallmark of summer, Frog Hollow Farm delivers exceptional apricots and peaches early in the season, followed by plums and pluots. Perfect for grilling, baking, snacking, or preserving. Available June through August, depending on harvest.

NOW AVAILABLE – WASHINGTON RHUBARB
Rhubarb pairs beautifully with strawberries and stone fruit in pies, crisps, and compotes. Its natural acidity balances rich dishes and works well in relishes, sauces, and cocktails. Only the stalks are edible. Available through September.

FRESH PINEAPPLE VARIETIES
Pineapple is not only delicious but also aids digestion thanks to bromelain. Select fruit that is heavy and fragrant. Once cut, refrigerate and consume within 1–2 days.
Colada Pineapple: A low-acid, coconut-tinged variety perfect for fresh eating, grilling, or blending. Product of Honduras.
Precious Honeyglow® and Honeyglow®: Sweet, juicy, and available in full and smaller sizes. Product of Costa Rica.
Pinkglow® Pineapple: Eye-catching pink flesh with sweet, low-acid flavor and a softer, edible core.
South African Baby Pineapple: Petite, flavorful, and ideal for individual desserts or snacking.

CHAMPAGNE GRAPES
Tiny, sweet grapes perfect for garnishes, desserts, or adding elegance to savory dishes. When dried, they become currants.

SUMMER MELONS
Melons are at their peak, offering refreshing sweetness and hydration. Choose fruit that is heavy with a light fragrance. Ripen at room temperature, then refrigerate.
Charentais: Fragrant and rich, perfect with prosciutto or desserts.
Golden Hami: Crunchy and sweet, great for salads. Available June–July.
Waterloupe: Combines cantaloupe flavor with watermelon texture. Available June–October.
Watermelons: Available in red, yellow, orange, and deep red varieties. Perfect for grilling, beverages, or snacking. Best served well chilled. Available through October. Product of USA or Mexico.
