Whether you are looking for fun gifts to promote an upcoming event…or just want to thank your clients for helping you achieve a milestone year of profitable business, Melissa’s Team of experts on corporate gifting are here to help. In fact, we’ve come up with answers to some of our most frequently asked questions to help make your experience as simple and smooth as possible.

1. Is there a minimum purchase required and do you offer discounts for large quantities?

Yes, we do offer volume discounts on qualifying orders of 10 or more.

2. Can you customize my order?

Simply stated….YES! We offer the option to fully customize a gift and can even offer suggestions on how to make your gift unique for the occasion. Advance lead time and minimum order quantities may apply.

3. Can business and/or promotional materials be included in the gift or inside the shipping box?

We’d love to include your business branded items in your gifts. Additional fees may apply for large or heavy items.

4. Can you include a specific wine in my gifts that isn’t shown on your website?

While this may be possible, additional lead time and handling fees would apply.  

5. Can I include personalized messages with each gift?

We are able to include gift cards that you provide but we can also create gift card messages for you.  

6. What shipping method is used and how are costs calculated?

Shipping methods can range from Ground to Overnight (depending on the perishability and urgency of the gifts). While we offer both FedEx and UPS for courier services, rates are calculated based on weight, dimensions of the item, destination zip code, and the shipping method selected.

7. Can you ship to multiple locations?

Yes, we can ship your gifts to commercial and residential addresses throughout the country. Please note that shipping rates will vary depending on the shipping method and destination zip code.

8. Can my order be delivered on a specific day?

Gifts can be sent to arrive on a specific day of the week. Perishable gifts generally can’t be delivered on Mondays and/or Tuesdays since that would require them to be in transit the Saturday and Sunday prior.

9. I’m local—can I arrange pick up of my gifts?

Pickup of your corporate gifts may be arranged in lieu of shipping them via FedEx or UPS.

10. How and when should I place my order?

You can place your order by calling us directly at 800-588-0151. For larger orders or during holiday peak time, we recommend that you place orders as soon as possible. The inclusion of branded items and order customization requires additional lead time. During peak times, customization may not be available without sufficient advance reservation.

What forms of payment will you accept?

You may pay via credit card (VISA, Mastercard, or American Express) or ACH.
