When will my order arrive?
Most orders are processed in 1 – 2 business days. Orders containing perishable items may be held until the following week to avoid additional time in transit (Saturday and Sunday).
Ground
Non-perishable items that are shipped via Ground may take between 2-7 business days to be delivered depending on the destination.
3rd Day Air
For perishable items that are shipped via this method, please use the following chart:
If you order before 10am PST on:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday, your product will ship the following Monday and be delivered by Thursday.
Friday, Saturday or Sunday, your order will ship on Tuesday and be delivered by Friday.
2nd Day Air

PO Boxes
We are unable to deliver to Post Office Boxes. Please provide a valid street address to avoid delays in shipping your order.
Organic Box Program
Orders are delivered Wednesday-Friday. At checkout, you may request a preferred delivery day, as well as an alternate delivery day by specifying when you would like the box delivered in the Message/Comments section. We will do our best to accommodate your request. (Delivery to Southern California addresses between Santa Barbara and San Diego counties: shipping is complimentary and orders are delivered Tuesday-Friday).
Delivery Guarantee
While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of all information, we reserve the right to make corrections if an error does occur. Please check all addresses you submit carefully. Postal and delivery services will not forward. We guarantee delivery only to the addresses we are provided.
Product Guarantee
Due to the strict food safety standards of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, we do guarantee every order and will work with you directly to resolve any quality issues. For eligible orders, product replacement will be provided. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us by phone (800-588-0151) or email (orders@melissas.com) within 2 business days of delivery.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order by calling us directly at 800-588-0151. Notification must be received by 10:00 a.m. Pacific time on the day your order is to be shipped. Please note that we cannot accept order cancellations via email.
