1 cup honeydew, cubed
1/2 cup cucumber, sliced
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 tablespoon honey
1 cup sparkling water
Cucumber ribbon, for garnish
Blend melon, cucumber, lemon juice, and honey until smooth.
Strain and pour into a glass filled with ice.
Top with sparkling water and stir gently.
Garnish with a cucumber ribbon or melon ball.
