A vibrant and refreshing tropical drink featuring fresh starfruit, mango, and Joyba Bubble Tea for a fun and exotic twist.
½ cup fresh starfruit juice (blend and strain starfruit)
¼ cup pineapple juice
¼ cup mango purée (blend fresh mango)
1 tablespoon lime juice
¼ cup honey or agave syrup
½ cup brewed jasmine tea (chilled)
½ cup Joyba Bubble Tea (any flavor)
½ cup sparkling water
Ice
Fresh starfruit slices for garnish
Diced mango for layering
In a shaker, combine starfruit juice, pineapple juice, mango purée, lime juice, and honey/agave. Shake well.
Add Joyba Bubble Tea and diced mango to the bottom of a tall glass.
Fill the glass with ice, then pour the jasmine tea over the boba and fruit.
Slowly pour in the fruit juice mixture, followed by sparkling water. Stir gently.
Garnish with fresh starfruit slices on top and around the glass.
Serve with a wide straw and enjoy!
