Melissa’s Green Dragon® Apples are sweet with low acidity and numerous fruit esters in their aroma. It is said to be the most aromatic of apples. Their taste has been described as having somewhat of a pineapple flavor and yet others have compared it to a pear.
It is sweet yet leaves a subtle hint of tartness behind.

Apples should be extremely firm with no mechanical cuts or obvious bruises. All perishable produce must be refrigerated to maintain freshness, flavor and shelf life.
