Tung Ho is edible Chinese Chrysanthemum Leaf, a common ingredient in Asian stir fry and has a spinach-like flavor.
2 shallots, finely sliced
3 cups Tung Ho, washed well, stalks finely sliced
2 tablespoons light soy sauce
Place Melissa's Shallots and Tung Ho on a steamer rack with 1-inch boiling water. Cook until tender.
Toss with soy sauce.
Serve as a side dish or over rice.
Do not over steam or the leaves will become mush.
