1 cup Organic Bell Pepper
2 each Thai Pepper, halved
1 cup Sno Peas
1 cup Baby Corn
1 cup Baby Bok Choy, chopped
2 tablespoons Peanut Oil
2 cloves Organic Garlic, minced
1 tablespoon Ginger Root, grated
1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds
Cut vegetables into 1 inch pieces. Heat oil in wok on high heat, add bell peppers and peppers, sauté for 3 minutes, add remaining vegetables and sauté for 2 minutes more. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute longer. Garnish with sesame seeds.
