1 tablespoon butter
3 starfruits, sliced
1/2 Organic Bell Pepper - green, cut in strips
1/2 Organic Bell Pepper - red, cut in strips
1/4 cup chicken stock
3 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon cardamom seed pods (crushed)
Melt butter; sauté starfruit slices and peppers for about 4 minutes over medium heat.
Add chicken stock, honey and cardamom; cook for a minute or two. Season to taste and serve as a side dish with fish, poultry or meat.
