2 cups Hearts of Palm, sliced into rings
4 cups organic spinach
2 tablespoons canola oil
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
In a pre-heated sauté pan put oil and sliced hearts of palm. Cook for 1 minute.
Next add in baby spinach and cook until just wilted season with salt and pepper and serve.
