1 ยฝ pounds Melissaโs Dutch Yellowยฎ Potatoes

1 ยฝ pounds Melissaโs Dutch Redยฎ Potatoes

2 teaspoons Kosher Salt

2 teaspoons Freshly Ground Pepper

ยพ cup Unsalted Butter โ melted

ยผ cup Melissaโs Habanero Hot Honey
-
ยผ cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese

Extra Virgin Olive Oil Cooking Spray
Directions
Preheat the oven to 425ยบF.
Slice a small piece off the potatoes so that they have a flat side. This will keep them from rolling around. Make slices, almost all the way through the potatoes, 1/8-inch apart.
Place the potatoes into a bowl and add the salt, pepper, melted butter and honey. Mix well and place them, flat side down, on a sheet pan and sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese. Spray the potatoes with the olive oil and place them into the oven. Roast the potatoes for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and fork tender.
