3/4 stick unsalted butter
2 Melissa's Shallots - minced
1/4 cup fresh celery - chopped
1 1/4 cups chicken broth
2 (8 oz.) packages seasoned croutons - crumbled
4 links sausage - cooked and crumbled
Preheat oven to 350º.
Sauté the shallots and the celery in the butter for 5 minutes.
Add the chicken broth, the croutons and the sausage. Mix well.
Place stuffing in a casserole dish and bake 15 to 20 minutes.
