1 package Melissa's Ready-to-Eat Fava Beans
1/2 jar Melissa's Sun-Dried Tomatoes in Olive Oil & Herbs, drained and minced
1 fresh red bell pepper, seeded, diced small
2 fresh scallions, sliced into thin rounds
In a non-stick sauté pan, cook the fava beans and sun-dried tomatoes until just heated through.
Next, add the bell pepper and scallions and cook for 1 minute.
If desired, season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
