1 ½ lbs. Melissa’s Dutch Yellow Potatoes
1/8 tsp. Kosher Salt
1/8 tsp. Freshly Ground Pepper
1 tsp. Granulated Garlic
3 Tbsp. Unsalted Butter
¼ cup Sour Cream
¼ cup Whole Milk
Blanch the potatoes in boiling, salted water until just fork-tender, about 20 minutes. Drain the potatoes and place them in a bowl.
Add the remaining ingredients and mash everything together.
