3 pounds Green Cabbage, chopped
2 pounds Napa Cabbage, chopped
1 pounds Bok Choy Cabbage, chopped
8 ribs Celery, diced
12 tablespoons Fresh Cilantro, finely chopped
6 tablespoons Fresh Parsley, finely chopped
36 ounces Cowboy Dressing
1 quart Light Mayonnaise
1/4 cup Roasted Garlic Cloves
1/4 cup Pickled Jalapenos, diced
1 bunch Cilantro, chopped
2 teaspoon Salt
Dressing recipe (yield 36 ounces dressing)
Finely chop all cabbage, mixing well in a large bowl. Add the celery, parsley and cilantro, and mix well. Chill until time to dress.
Add the dressing just before serving. Mix well and serve cold.
