Ingredients

3 pounds green cabbage, chopped

2 pounds Napa cabbage, chopped

1 pounds Bok Choy, chopped

8 ribs celery, diced

12 tablespoons fresh cilantro, finely chopped

6 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped

36 ounces Cowboy Dressing
-
1 quart light mayonnaise
-
1/4 cup roasted garlic
-
1/4 cup pickled jalapenos, diced
-
1 bunch cilantro, chopped
-
2 teaspoon salt
Dressing recipe (yields 36 ounces dressing)
Directions
Finely chop all cabbage, mixing well in a large bowl. Add the celery, parsley and cilantro, and mix well. Chill until time to dress.
Add the dressing just before serving. Mix well and serve cold.
