2 tablespoons Peanut Oil or Broth
1 bunch Chinese Celery, washed and cut into 2 inches julienne strips
1½ cups Organic Broccoli florets
In a wok or frying pan, heat oil or broth.
Add Melissa’s Chinese Celery and broccoli florets, stirring constantly until tender.
Season with salt and pepper. Serve as a side dish or over rice.
