6 stems Organic Broccoli, washed, peeled and sliced 1/8 inch thick
1/2 cup Rice Wine Vinegar
2 Serrano Peppers, minced
1/2 Organic Red Bell Pepper, diced
1/2 Organic Yellow Bell Pepper, diced
1 teaspoon Sugar
Put broccoli stems in a bowl and cover with rice wine vinegar until the stems soften (about 20 minutes).
Add peppers and sugar.
Marinate for an additional 10 minutes to let the flavors marry. (Kept refrigerated, this will last 1-2 days.)
