A fresh salad with crunch, a bit of sweet, and tang.
6 cups Organic Spinach, washed and spun dry
12 Organic Tangerines segmented
1/2 cup Sunflower Seeds shelled
1 bunch Organic Green Onions sliced
1/2 cup Waterchestnuts sliced
choice of Balsamic Vinegar Dressing
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 package Melissa's Dried Cranberries
In a large bowl, mix the first 5 ingredients until well blended.
Just before service, add the dressing and salt and pepper.
Serve immediately.
