Ingredients

2 cups Orange sections

8 whole Boiler Onions, peeled and sliced

1/4 cup Red Wine Vinegar

1/4 cup Olive Oil, light

2 tablespoons Italian Parsley, chopped

3 cups Salad, assorted greens

Organic Grinders, Garden Herb w/ Sea Salt, to taste

Organic Grinders, Rainbow Peppercorn, to taste
Directions
In a medium-size bowl, combine orange sections and onions. Set aside.
In a small bowl, combine vinegar, olive oil and parsley.
Pour over fruit and onions, mixing well.
Cover and chill 3 hours, stirring occasionally.
Place salad greens on individual salad plates, arranging oranges and onions evenly over greens.
Drizzle with remaining oil mixture if desired.
