Ingredients

4 cups Fresh Spring Mix Greens
-
2 cups Melissa’s Fresh Arugula
-
2 Melissa’s Sand Pears – ends trimmed; halved lengthwise; cored & sliced
-
1 small Melissa’s Organic Red Onion – peeled; halved & sliced thin

1 cup Crumbled Feta Cheese
-
1 container Melissa’s Pomegranate Arils
-
1 cup Orange Juice
-
¼ cup Red Wine Vinegar
-
¼ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
-
2 tablespoons Melissa’s Hot Habanero Honey
-
1 ½ teaspoon Dijon Mustard
-
1 tablespoon Melissa’s Roasted Garlic
-
1/8 teaspoon Melissa’s Himalayan Pink Salt
-
1/8 teaspoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper
For the Dressing
Directions
In a large bowl, add the spring mix and the next 5 ingredients and mix well.
In a blender, add the orange juice and the remaining 7 ingredients and process until well mixed. Add to the bowl of greens and toss.
