Ingredients

2 cups Organic Romaine Lettuce, cut into ¼ inch strips

1 cup Organic Green Cabbage, cut into ¼ inch strips

½ cup Organic Red Cabbage, cut into ¼ inch strips

1 large Organic Carrot, peeled and julienned into ⅛ inch strips

2 Organic Green Onions (tops only) thinly sliced

⅓ cup Walnuts, cut into smaller pieces

1¼ cup Vegenaise (use original flavor)

¼ cup Soy Milk (use plain flavor)

¼ teaspoon Garlic Powder

¼ teaspoon Kosher Salt

¼ teaspoon Celery Seed

¼ teaspoon Fresh Ground Black Pepper

Creamy Celery Seed Dressing
Directions
Salad
Add ingredients to a large bowl and toss with ⅓ cup of dressing (see below).
Top with walnuts and freshly ground black pepper and Kosher salt to taste.

Add all the ingredients to a large bowl and whisk until mixed.
Recipe Note
Do not prepare the dressing in a blender—it will lose its thick consistency.
