Ingredients

2 cups Organic Tomatoes, 2 medium Tomatoes, cut into 1 inch cubes

1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt

1 cup Organic Cucumbers, quartered lengthwise and thinly sliced

2 stalks Organic Celery, sliced 1/2 inch thick

1 small Organic Red Onions, cut in half and thinly sliced

2 cups Ciabatta Italian Bread, torn into 2 inch pieces

1/4 teaspoon Fresh Ground Pepper

4 tablespoons Olive Oil and Balsamic Salad Dressings

1/2 cup Basil, leaves torn into strips

1 cup Italian Parsley, flat leaves roughly chopped
Directions
Place tomatoes in large salad bowl and sprinkle with salt.
Let stand for 5 minutes.
Soak the bread in water for 5 minutes.
Drain, squeeze and break up into smaller pieces and place in salad bowl.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
