Ingredients

2 tablespoons Seasoned Rice Vinegar

1/2 cup Fresh Orange Juice

1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Juice from 2 Melissa’s Limes

Juice from 2 Melissa’s Seedless Lemons

4 tablespoons Melissa’s Jalapeño Hot Honey

1 clove Melissa’s Peeled Garlic
-
1/2 bunch Melissa’s Fresh Cilantro
-
1/8 teaspoon Kosher Salt
-
1/8 teaspoon Freshly Ground Pepper

1 pound Rainbow Carrots - ends trimmed; cut into thin ribbons

3 Oranges - peeled; segmented
-
1 1/2 cups Roasted & Salted Pistachios
For the Dressing
For the Salad
Directions
Place all of the dressing ingredients into a blender and process until smooth. Set aside.
In a bowl, add the salad ingredients and mix. Drizzle in your desired amount of the dressing and serve.
