12 Melissa’s ready-to-eat crêpes
One cup heavy whipping cream
One tablespoon powdered sugar, plus more for dusting
One teaspoon vanilla extract
One-half cup mascarpone cheese, softened
One-half cup Melissa’s Fabbri Strawberry Dessert Sauce, plus more for drizzling
One cup fresh strawberries, sliced
One-half cup kiwi berries, sliced
In a chilled bowl, whip heavy cream, powdered sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form.
Fold in mascarpone cheese until smooth.
Place one crêpe on a serving plate and spread a thin layer of the cream mixture on top.
Drizzle with a small amount of strawberry sauce and add a few strawberry and kiwi berry slices.
Repeat the layering process until all crêpes are used, finishing with a layer of cream on top.
Drizzle with additional strawberry sauce and dust with powdered sugar.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before slicing and serving.
