Delight in a creamy and refreshing Dessert Tofu & Strawberry Parfait made with silky Mori-Nu tofu, sweet agave syrup, fresh strawberries, and crunchy almond Clean Snax®. Easy to prepare and perfect for a light anytime treat!
Ingredients

1 (11.1 oz.) package Mori-Nu Silken Asian Dessert Tofu

1 tablespoon Melissa’s Organic Blue Weber Agave Syrup

8 ripe Strawberries – stems removed; diced

8 pieces Melissa’s Almond Clean Snax® – crushed
Directions
In a bowl, whisk together the tofu and agave until smooth.
Add ¼ of the tofu mixture into the bottom of 2 wine glasses.
Top that with ¼ of the strawberries.
Repeat those 2 steps in the glasses and top them with the crushed Clean Snax®.
Chill or serve immediately.
