No‑Cook Tofu Chocolate Mousse – velvety melted dark chocolate blended with pressed tofu, maple syrup, and vanilla. Ready in minutes and perfect chilled.
14 oz Melissa’s Organic Extra Firm Pressed Tofu, drained, lightly pressed
1 cup dark chocolate chips (melted and warm)
¼ cup milk
¼ cup maple syrup (or to taste)
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of sea salt
Press and prep – Drain tofu, wrap in a towel, and press gently for 5–10 minutes.
Blend tofu first – Break into chunks, blend 1–2 minutes until completely smooth (scrape sides).
Melt chocolate – Warm chocolate chips until glossy and smooth.
Combine – Add warm chocolate, maple syrup, vanilla, milk, and salt to blender. Blend until silky.
Chill and serve – Pour into cups, top with melting chocolate and Maldon sea salt, chill 1–2 hours until set.
