1 ripe Sapurana mango
1 wooden skewer
Chile lime seasoning
Costa Azul Hot Sauce
Lime juice
Honey drizzle
Chamoy
Crushed pistachios
Shredded coconut
Peel the mango completely, ensuring the flesh is smooth and clean.
Insert a wooden skewer into the bottom of the mango, securing it firmly to hold it upright.
Starting from the top, use a sharp paring knife to make thin, vertical slices around the mango. Do not slice all the way through—leave about 1/4 inch intact at the base.
Gently push each slice outward to create a layered "flower petal" effect. Continue until the entire mango resembles a flower.
Serve as is, or sprinkle with your choice of toppings. For added flavor, drizzle lime juice and honey, or drizzle chamoy and dust with chile lime seasoning for a spicy kick.
Tip: For a decorative touch, garnish the mango flower with a sprinkle of crushed pistachios or shredded coconut. Serve immediately.
