This is a great finish for a meal on a hot summer day.
4 cups Raspberries
1 ripe Organic Banana
1½ cups Orange Juice
1 cup Plain Yogurt
6 tablespoons Organic Blue Agave Syrup
Mint Leaves
In a blender, whip all of the ingredients, except for the mint, until smooth.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Serve the soup in small bowls and garnish with the mint leaves.
