This fresh and colorful Bionicos recipe is a lighter twist on the classic Mexican fruit dessert, made with juicy Honeyglow® pineapple, crisp Hunnyz® apples, sweet Charentais melon, and Bi-Color Muscatos™ grapes. Finished with creamy yogurt and condensed milk drizzle, crunchy Melissa’s Clean Snax®, and coconut chips, this easy no-cook dessert is perfect for breakfast, brunch, snacks, or warm-weather entertaining.
Ingredients

1 Honeyglow® Pineapple, peeled and cubed

1-2 Hunnyz® Apples, cored and cubed (peeling optional)

1 Charentais Melon, peeled and cubed

1/2 cup plain yogurt, or sour cream

1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk

Optional: 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

½ cup Melissa’s Clean Snax®, crushed (we like Almond or Coconut flavor)

½ cup Melissa’s Dried Coconut Chips

Optional: ½ cup Melissa’s Raisins on the Vine

Optional: Fresh mint, to garnish
Directions
Make both toppings: Thoroughly mix the crushed Clean Snax®, coconut chips and raisins (if using) in a small bowl, and set aside for plating. In another bowl, mix yogurt (or sour cream), condensed milk, and vanilla (if using), and set aside for plating.
Prepare and place each fruit variety in separate bowls for easy assembly, then arrange each fruit according to your preference in individual bowls.
Top each bowl with the desired amount of Clean Snax® mixture, then drizzle generously with creamy topping.
Serve with a spoon!
Recipe Note
Our twist on Bionicos uses a condensed milk and yogurt mixture instead of the traditional and much sweeter crema, allowing the natural sweetness of the fruit to shine. You can adjust the sweetness of your own creamy topping to your tastes.
