4 graham crackers, halved
8 jumbo marshmallows
4 Hershey’s chocolate bars
4 Hatch Peppers, roasted, peeled, seeded and cut into thick strips
Place half a chocolate bar and roasted Hatch chile on a graham cracker half. Top with 2 toasted marshmallows and the remaining graham cracker half. Gently press together until the chocolate begins to melt. Serve immediately.
