Young coconut water is a very healthy and tasty way to replace your electrolytes. You'll love this easy recipe for a satisfying, clean drink!

Ingredients
Directions
Carefully remove the tops of the coconuts using a cleaver or serrated knife. (See notes below)
Strain the coconut water into a container and set aside.
Using a spoon or butter knife, remove the coconut meat from the shell.
Rinse the coconut meat under cold water and add to a blender.
Add the frozen mango to the blender.
Add the coconut water and agave to the blender and blend until smooth and frothy.
Serve cold.
