1 lime

2 cactus pears

1 teaspoon honey

Directions
Open the coconut with a coconut opener and pour the juice directly into a blender.
Cut the lime in half and squeeze the lime juice into the blender.
Lay a sheet of foil or parchment paper on top of your cutting board and put on disposable gloves.
Pick up your cactus pears by the stem and flower ends, place on the cutting board, and slice the cactus pear through the middle, vertically.
Place the cut pieces flesh-side down.
With your thumb and index finger, grasp the pear top and bottom and scoop out the flesh with a spoon.
Add the cactus pear meat to the blender.
Blend on high until all ingredients come together.
Taste, and add honey to sweeten if desired.
