Sweet Korean melon paired with creamy mozzarella, fresh basil, and prosciutto, finished with a spicy Hatch chile kick—an easy no-cook appetizer bursting with bold Mediterranean flavor.
Ingredients

1 Melissa’s Korean Melon, peeled, seeded, halved lengthwise & cut into 1-inch slices

½ pound log mozzarella cheese, sliced thin

1 tablespoon Melissa’s Hatch Pepper Seasoning
-
12-14 fresh basil leaves
-
12-14 slices proscuitto
Directions
Place a slice of cheese on a slice of the melon and sprinkle with the Hatch Pepper Seasoning.
Add a basil leaf and wrap with a piece of Proscuitto.
Repeat for the remaining ingredients.
