6 Melissa’s Black Mission Figs – washed; halved
3 oz. Goat Cheese
1 tablespoon Sour Cream
½ Melissa’s Green Dragon® Apple (you can eat the other half) – diced small
8 tablespoons Melissa’s Habanero Hot Honey
6 slices Prosciutto – halved crosswise
¼ cup Roasted Pistachios – chopped
Toothpicks
In a bowl, add the goat cheese and sour cream. Mix until well combined.
In another bowl, mix the apple and honey and set aside.
Spread some of the goat cheese mixture onto a fig half to assemble.
Fold up a prosciutto half, place it onto the fig, and secure it with a toothpick.
Drizzle with the apple-honey mixture and sprinkle with the pistachios.
Repeat for the rest of the figs and serve.
