Zucchini with Asparagus and Orange
Directions
Wash the asparagus, remove the tough woody ends, and cut in two.
Peel the orange and cut into pieces.
In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the asparagus with the olive oil for 10 minutes.
Use the spiralizer for the zucchini.
Grate the parmesan.
Add zucchini to the skillet.
Stir in the orange and parmesan. Heat for an additional 2 minutes, stirring.
Season with salt and pepper.
