Ingredients

3 cups organic sweet potatoes - cooked, mashed

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/3 cup milk

2 eggs, slightly beaten

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup butter, melted

1 cup brown sugar

1/3 cup flour
-
1/3 cup butter, melted

1 cup pecans, chopped
-
2 cups cranberries - fresh
Topping
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine sugar, milk, eggs, vanilla, and butter with warm mashed potatoes. Stir till well combined.
Put potato mixture in a 2 quart casserole dish.
In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, flour, butter, and chopped pecans.
Spoon evenly over potato mixture, top with cranberries.
Bake about 40 minutes or until topping is bubbling and crisp.
