2 Melissaโs Spaghetti Squash Boats

4 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil

4 tablespoons Melissaโs Habanero Hot Honey

1/4 teaspoon Salt
-
1/4 teaspoon Freshly Ground Pepper

2 tablespoons Unsalted Butter
-
2 teaspoons Brown Sugar
-
1 Melissaโs Hunnyzยฎ Apple โ cored; diced small

1 Organic Granny Smith Apple โ cored; diced small

1 (3oz package) Melissaโs Flame Seedless Raisins
For the filling:
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350ยบF.
Place the squash on a baking dish, cut side up, drizzle with the olive oil and honey, then season with salt and pepper.
Place the squash in the preheated oven and bake for 40-45 minutes or until the squash is fork-tender. Set aside and let cool.
Using a fork, scrape the โspaghetti strandsโ out of the squash into a bowl, reserving the squash shell. Set aside.
For the filling:
In a sautรฉ pan, melt the butter and brown sugar over medium heat. Add the apples and raisins. Sautรฉ for 5 minutes and then add the spaghetti strands and sautรฉ for 2 minutes longer, stirring to combine.
Place the mixture back into the squash shells and serve.
