1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
1 clove Melissa’s peeled garlic – minced
1 package Melissa’s Cooked Potatoes
To taste kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
In a sauté pan, heat the oil and melt the butter over high heat. Stir in the garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
Add the potatoes and season with salt and pepper.
Sauté for 8-10 minutes, stirring often, until the potatoes are heated through. Serve hot.
