1 1/2 pounds Kohlrabi, peeled and cut into 1/2 inch cubes
2 tablespoons butter
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons organic parsley
1 teaspoon savory, crushed
Salt and pepper to taste
Put the kohlrabi cubes into a saucepan with boiling water to cover. Cook for 10 minutes or until crisp tender. Drain very well.
Add the butter, mustard, parsley, savory and salt and pepper. Stir over low heat until heated through. Serve.
