1 loaf French Sourdough Bread
4 cloves Melissa’s Peeled Garlic, minced
1 cup pasta sauce
1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoons Romano cheese, grated
Cut bread in half lengthwise, separating top from bottom.
Distribute garlic evenly over both halves of bread and then spoon on Pasta Sauce.
Combine Soy Shreds and Romano Cheese and sprinkle on pizza bread halves.
Place both bread pizzas on shallow baking pan.
Bake uncovered in preheated 375°F oven for 15 to 20 minutes until browned slightly.
Remove from oven and cut into smaller portions for serving.
