1 package Melissa's Quinoa
1 cup Melissa's Red Muscatos™ Grapes - halved
1 fresh Serrano Chile - minced
1/4 cup cashews - chopped
1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese
Prepare the quinoa according to the package instructions. Once the quinoa is finished cooking, remove it from the heat and let it cool.
Once cooled, place the quinoa in a medium size bowl and add the rest of the ingredients. Carefully mix to combine.
If you want to add a little zip to this dish, squeeze a little fresh lemon juice into it.
