2 pounds Baby Dutch Yellow® Potatoes, sliced
3 tablespoons water
1 pound soy slices or soy cheese, your favorite flavor
1/2 cup butter
1 ounce dry dressing mix ranch style
1/4 cup milk
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 9 x 13 inch baking dish with aluminum foil.
Place potatoes and water in baking dish and cover with aluminum foil.
Bake in the preheated oven 1 hour.
While potatoes are cooking, in a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt together cheese and butter.
Stir in dry ranch style dressing mix and milk. Pour cheese mixture over potatoes.
Return to oven, recover with foil and continue cooking 30 minutes, until potatoes are tender and cheese mixture is bubbly.
