6 bulbs Melissa’s Kohlrabi
4 tablespoons butter or margarine
3 tablespoons Flour
1 1/4 cup Milk
Salt and Pepper
Peel and dice Kohlrabi. Place in a microwave-safe dish with a few tablespoons of water.
Cook on high approximately 8-10 minutes or until tender.
Drain well. In a microwave-safe dish, melt butter for one minute.
Stir in flour and gradually blend in milk. Return to microwave for 5-6 minutes, whisking every minute.
Season to taste and pour over Kohlrabi.
