1 package Melissa’s Organic Red Quinoa
1 package Melissa’s Steamed Baby Beets
2 Oranges, peeled and segmented
1 Orange, juiced
Freshly Ground Pepper to taste
Prepare the quinoa according to the package instructions. When cooked, place the quinoa in a mixing bowl. Cut the beets into bite size pieces and add to the bowl. Add the orange segments, juice and pepper and mix well.
