2 tablespoons Peanut Oil or Broth
1 bunch Choy Sum, washed & cut into 2-inch julienne strips
1½ cups Organic Broccoli flowerets
In a wok or frying pan, heat oil or broth.
Add Melissa’s Choy Sum and broccoli florets, stirring constantly until tender.
Season with salt and pepper. Serve as a side dish or over rice.
