1 pound Kohlrabi, blanched
3 cloves Elephant Garlic, finely chopped
1/2 cup Balsamic Vinegar or Raspberry Vinegar
In a medium size bowl, toss together the Kohlrabi, Elephant Garlic and Vinegar.
Serve at room temperature.
