1½ pound King Arthur Flour
0.35 pound sugar
1 pound cornmeal
1½ tablespoon baking soda
1¼ cup butter milk
10 eggs
½ cup butter, melted
3 cup low-fat yogurt
4 cup cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon salt
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
Cilantro, chopped
Pickled jalapeno, diced
Mix all wet ingredients then add sugar.
Mix in the rest of the dry ingredients, and mix well.
Fold in the cheddar cheese
Bake in sprayed muffin tins for 20 min at 350 degrees.
Remove from oven and let cool on a rack.
