3 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon butter

1 clove organic garlic, minced

1/2 cup white wine

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1 teaspoon lemon zest
-
1 tablespoon organic parsley, minced
Directions
Prepare artichokes.
Heat large sauté pan and add oil.
When oil is slightly smoking, add garlic and stir for 1 minute, do not brown.
Add artichokes and cook, stirring constantly until they begin to brown.
Add wine and lemon juice.
Cover and simmer until tender about 5 minutes.
Remove artichokes to a serving bowl and reduce remaining liquid by half.
Add butter, cook until melted and pour over artichokes. Garnish with lemon zest and parsley.
