6 oz. Melissa’s Baby Broccoli
1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/8 teaspoon Kosher Salt
1/8 teaspoon Freshly Ground Pepper
1 (1.7 oz.) packet Melissa’s Hollandaise Sauce
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the baby broccoli and boil for 10 minutes. Remove the broccoli and place it in ice water to stop it from cooking.
In a sauté pan, add the olive oil and heat over high flame. Drain the broccoli, pat dry and add to the pan. Season with the salt and pepper and sauté, stirring often, for 2 minutes. Remove from the heat.
Clip the corner off of the Hollandaise packet, place the packet standing upright in a microwave safe cup and heat in the microwave for 10 seconds. Pour it over the broccoli and serve.
