2 pounds Baby Dutch Yellow® Potatoes (DYP's)
1/4 cup organic green onions, chopped, (or substitute with Mexican green onions)
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
1/2 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon Spice Grinders, Garden Herb with Sea Salt
1 teaspoon salt for boiling water
In a medium sized sauce pot cover DYP's with lightly salted water. Boil until fork tender.
Smash potatoes to desired consistency. Stir in chopped green onions, butter and sour cream. Season to taste.
